MedMen Buds Rewards Program

Art direction, concept, design and execution for MedMen's new rewards program - the first of its kind in the cannabis industry. The challenge here was to brand the program entirely red, but keep it premium and inviting. I designed our website takeover, illustrated icons, email series, instagram stories, store signage, employee t-shirts, and takeaway cards for the program launch.

Art Direction for Product Photography

The key to branding and marketing with the color red, in my opinion, is to be strategic in how you distribute the color throughout your branded assets. I think it works better in small doses balanced with plenty of negative space, in order for the product to stand out as an actionable item like an exclamation point at the end of a sentence. This strategy was key when it came to photographing a ton of bright red product, sampled below.
